I have heard of many different interpretations of this popular lively piece. Here is another one! 

Pronounced "eye ay lee tie ha".  This is another famous tune by Adawe. It is about the labyrinthine streets of Cairo and how professional "child finders" are employed to find missing children. 

This piece describes the missing child -it says GOOD PEOPLE (awlad hallal) - a very respectful way of addressing folk - "Have you seen a  young child wearing a blue nylon blouse? - She  is a real peach (helwa koch) - sete alla sete" (6 out of 6) meaning a real bomb.
