Auditions with Oojami-Dancers wanted for a Live Band CLOSED

Planet Egypt is hosting auditions on Sunday May 27th from 2pm

To participate in this event, you need to submit this form to Planet Egypt who will give you a scheduled slot for 27 th May. After announcing this event we will immediately start allocating times. It will not be an all day event - so priority will be given to those that respond soonest.

The closing date for accepting applications is April 30th. After this date you have to contact Oojami direct: Oojami Auditions, 45b Myddleton Road , London N22 8LY.

From 1st May all successful applicants will be contacted by email and given a time. We intended to give 10 minutes per dancer, this may have to be reviewed due to the demand. I am waiting on a decision by the judges on this matter. Please check this page for updates.

Prior to the event, in early May, you will be contacted by Planet Egypt to inform you of your slot. Dancers and their timings will be posted on the website prior to the event.

Bring a photo of yourself and a video clip or a video tape/cd of yourself on the day, along with your music on an original cd. . Remember to write your name on the cd, photo and on the video/dvd. Do not use paper sticky notes as they may disappear.

This is Part 1 of the Process, Oojami will take the next step. All participants will be contacted after Part 1 is completed to inform them of decisions that have been made.

All those who are deemed acceptable by the panel irregardless of whether they proceed to Phase 2 or not – will be invited to participate at a future Planet Egypt Showcase.

There is an opportunity for some succesful applicants to perform live with Oojami at Raqs Brittania.

Clips and images of the auditions may be used for publicity and marketing purposes by Oojami, Planet Egypt and their Agents. There are no fees or royalties for such use.It is understood that if you audition you accept this.
